A: Courts can be reserved in San Francisco through rec.us/sfrecpark. It is up to the student to reserve courts.

Q: What do I need to bring to my lessons?
A: Please wear tennis shoes and athletic attire(no jeans). You will also need to bring your tennis racquet and a water bottle.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: If it rains during lesson, then time interrupted can be carried over to next lesson. If it rains before lesson, then a make-up will be scheduled.
Q: What if the courts are taken/full?
A: If there are no available courts, then a make-up will be scheduled.

A: Lessons are assumed ON unless cancelled by the student or coach. Exceptions when AQI is 100+ according to purpleair.com, or when temperature exceeds 88 degrees Fahrenheit. Refer to Guidelines for more details.

Guidelines for Cancellations/Rescheduling
- Courtesy notice of 48hrs shall be given in any case of cancellations/rescheduling.
- Your lesson time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed lesson leaves a hole in the coach's day that could have been filled by another student. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Students who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged for the lesson.
- Cancellations due to weather*, availability of courts, and emergencies, do not apply.
- Your lesson time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed lesson leaves a hole in the coach's day that could have been filled by another student. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Students who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged for the lesson.
- 1(one) cancellation/reschedule is permitted for each agreed upon appointment. If the rescheduled appointment cannot be kept, then the lesson will be charged.

- Late arrival to tennis court will be charged as time spent in lesson.
- If coach is late, then time will be added to end of lesson or carried over to next lesson.
- Full lesson will be charged for no-shows.

- If coach is a no-show, then next lesson is free.
